The Scrum Mastery Bootcamp is designed for aspiring Scrum Masters and career newbies. Upon completion of this course, you should : 

1. Have a complete understanding of the Scrum Guide
2. Be fully equipped and ready to pass any Scrum certification exam
3. Be ready to seek employment and go through Scrum Master job interviews
4. Gain all the necessary skills to excel in your current Scrum Master role
5. Understand the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Program Increment (PI) Planning, and how to work within an Agile Release Train (ART)
6. Become a Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 

Part I centers on understanding the Scrum Guide and becoming certified in Scrum. This includes the following key topics:

• Choosing the right certification path and getting certified

Part II focuses on what you need to pursue a career as a Scrum master, succeed in job interviews and on the job. This includes some key topics such as:

• Understanding Code/Software Deployments and Environments 
• Scrum Anti-Patterns
• Sizing and Estimation Techniques
• Testing

Part III  is two days of 16-hour training at the end of which candidates will be eligible to take the Certified SAFe Scrum Master exam. Topics covered include: 

• Introducing Scrum in SAFe
• Characterizing the role of the Scrum Master
• Experiencing PI Planning
• Facilitating Iteration Execution
• Finishing the PI
• Becoming a Certified SAFe Scrum Master
